Ingredients: Organic chamomile, lavender, passionflower, skullcap, rose petals, catnip, holy basil (tulsi), lemon balm, valerian root.

Taste Notes: Soft, floral, and gently sweet — with chamomile and rose upfront, a warm tulsi middle, and an earthy valerian-root base.

Brewing Instructions:

• Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8–10 oz cup
• Steep in just-off-boil water (200°F) for 5–8 minutes
• Cover while steeping to keep aromatic oils in the cup
